We launched Executives Place to create an environment of the highest value to top business executives and which would be equally respectful and reflective of the seniority of its members.

Social Networking

As CEOs and Managing Directors ourselves we felt that the social networking revolution had left us out - the key community of industry leaders. Other Websites offer a great environment to network but as senior executives we are often overwhelmed by the volume of solicitation that is made toward us. Conversations are wholly public, and attributed, making any sensitive discussion totally impossible. As a result these sites are often practically useless.

Career Development

Other websites offer very little in the way of career development for senior executives. Most top roles are never advertised because of the sensitivity of the role. Often the hiring process is aligned with business restructuring which, of course, is not public. This makes us, as senior executives, wholly dependent upon the executive search firms for career progression. Like us, I am sure that you too have experienced what this process is like! It is rarely an enjoyable experience and often one in which more respect should be shown to the seniority of those people involved. We would like to see this imperfect market rebalanced to put more control in the hand of our members.

We created Executives Place then as an exclusive club for our members to interact and also gain access to a wider market of opportunity. You will find us highly active amongst the membership as this club was built to reflect our needs and we hope, as a result, that it will equally reflect yours. This is a new journey for us and one in which we hope you will be an active and vocal partner. We are keen to hear the views and ideas from all our members as to what direction this club should take to create the best possible value now and in the future.
